After having a conversation with Phil we discussed what were the best ways to move forward with a project due to my current implications. We discussed the elements of the documentary course and spoke about aspects that make a documentary good and enticing. We began by saying that it would be worth coming up with ideas that are available in my area so I went away and brainstormed events that were taking place in my local area as well as things that would be a possible option.
I came up with four separate ideas including :
- Madrid's LGBTQ community in Chueca.
- Drag queens lives a sort of biography
- A documentary on the food market in Madrid as it holds a lot of history and areas open for discussion.
- And simply what it is like to be a drag queen in Madrid.
After discussing these ideas with Phil we agreed that these were all possible options but that I would need to be careful with interaction, however, I was lucky enough for my mum to say she has friends who could possibly take part that are drag queens in Madrid.
