As I continue to think and consider my drag queen concept I seem to reach some areas of difficulty with the subject as I still have not managed to access contact with the drag queens i have available.This made me consider that at it may be worth reviewing some other ideas that I had noted previously. Another idea that came to mind when thinking about documentaries was the idea of doing a documentary on the haunted history of Malasaña, a street notoriously known in Spain to have a deep rooted history with paranormal events. Due to this the street has a lot of history behind it and horror films based off of it such as Malasaña 32. I believe this could be an interesting idea to base a documentary off of as there is a-lot of information widely available that can be converted into a documentary. This area is also very accessible to me.
This concept was hugely inspired by the film Malasaña 32, I believe that it could be an interesting topic to turn into a docummentary.

ReplyDeleteYou really need to lock down your documentary plans ASAP. There's no record / evidence of any of your efforts to make contact with the Drag Queen contributors. The analysis you have done of those similar docs is also minimal, just a few words each. For a score equvalent to an A or an A* grade on your project you need to show 'sophisticated research into similar professional products' as well as 'varied and detailed planning'. The best way to do this is by doing an hour's work every day during the media lesson and recording evidence of that work. I'll email to arrange a tutorial...
