Audience feedback

Video Feedback:

Joeseph  Anning: The subject is interesting, however, the main master shot feels overused. If you were to reshoot it I feel like you need more multiple angle shots and different sizes of shots because medium-wide is used overly predominantly and may seem better with the use of side angle shot. More shots may have been nicer to see. However, under the circumstances of the last-minute change of plan and limited equipment, it is fairly good and I enjoyed the cuts to different shots showing Lucas in the middle of making his creations. I believe what Lucas was talking about was interesting and on point which often suggests that the questions being asked are the right kind of questions which creates a good response for the video.

Carlos: For me, this was an interesting documentary as it is not a subject I am particularly interested in however, I was enticed by the insight of Lucas to continue watching until the end. I enjoyed this documentary as I believe it combined the reality of the industry with the fun of the industry presented by showcasing some of the creations in an amusing way, I'd say bravo!

Ismel: As a documentary expert myself  (does documentaries of the formula ones), this in my opinion was a nice fresh look into the fashion world, it was short, fresh and snappy. I would say that there are some areas for improvement but overall for a single-handed project I believe this was very impressive.

Website feedback:

Mum: The website is very clear and uses a simple colour palette that has been used in a flattering way for the website. I was impressed with the shop and products as they were very well designed and did not look cheap. I like the simplicity of the link to social media. I am surprised that you were able to create the functional quick shop, as well as have actual written descriptions of each of the items.

Ismel: I think the style really worked for the company, I would have liked to see more images of the production stages on the website. I was a massive fan of the cast and crew page very nicely done and easy to navigate. The Shopify website was also very clear and looked very professional.

Carlos: I like it, it is very clear and gets the correct message across of what it was, I felt that maybe the basket may of looked better if the colours were reversed and it was a black background with white writing however it works. I liked the reviews page as it was honest and included good comments and improvements which is uncommon for a production company to present. I also liked that the documentary was on the first page when you open the sight.

Social media:

Mum: I liked the social media page however I wish there were more social media pages. I would of liked to see more post-production content and production content as there was a lot of fashion content. The colours however on the page worked very well and no posts clashed which was nice to see.

Ismel:  The website was a lot better however I like this Instagram page it's simple and expresses the drops of the next documentary as well as appreciates other designers in the industry which is a nice touch. Using the logo as the profile was a very good move in my opinion. I found the emojis in the captions also entertaining.

Carlos: I personally liked the Instagram account it had a nice selection of colours with good quality images.
